Made in Japan in 1976 this Artist Series 5 string banjo features lovely inlay and engraving work and chrome plated hardware and a truss rod, and is from the lawsuit era, looking and sounding as it does like the highly prized Gibson Mastertone Banjos such as the 250.
This is a model 595FNBT (tbc) with maple body and ebony board in very good condition for age.
