Ibanez ST100 Studio Series Double Cutaway Fujigen Japan 1979 Amber Pre Owned
Ibanez ST100 Studio Series Double Cutaway Fujigen Japan 1979 Amber Pre Owned
Amazing and totally classic rock monster of a guitar. Screams quality with amazing high output pickups, which look like Dimarzios in style and sound, made by Ibanez.
In decent gigged condition, many marks and dings throughout. No case or bag.
Frets are fairly good and the metal ware is in relatively good condition for guitar age, though tarnished. Fantastic action and a range of lovely sounds. Hard to put down once you've picked it up so we expect a fast sale..
Ibanez Wiki says:
The ST100 is a Studio series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1978. It was made in Japan by FujiGen.
The ST100 features a double-cutaway body composed of a maple center block and mahogany outer blocks with thin strips of walnut between them. This body is mated to a set-in laminated maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot position markers.
Components include a pair of Ibanez V2 humbucking pickups with exposed cream bobbins mounted in cream pickup rings with individual volume and tone controls, a Tune-o-matic style Gibraltar fixed bridge with Quik Change tailpiece and VelveTune II machine heads. The output is mounted on the face of the guitar.
