Nux Mod Core Deluxe MKII Modulation Engine
The NUX MOD CORE DELUXE MKII is a modulation pedal with 8 different types including ST.CH (Stereo Chorus), CE-1, SCF CHO, SCF FLG, SCF P.M., U-VIBE CHO, U-VIBE VIB and PH-100. You can switch the mod types by way of the Type rotary switch.
This pedal offers advanced signal routing with the included Send and Return. Easily split the mono signal to create customized effect loops! Additionally, you can parallel the 2 signals, and use the Tweak knob in Alt mode to blend the signals. Use the 3-way toggle switch to the desired position, and you are good to go.
– 8 modulation types in a compact enclosure.
– ST.CH (Stereo Chorus), CE-1, SCF CHO, SCF FLG, SCF P.M., U-VIBE CHO, U-VIBE VIB and PH-100.
– ST.CH is based on MXR® Stereo Chorus.
– CE-1 is based on BOSS® CE-1.
– SCF is based on TC Electronic® SCF Stereo Chorus Flanger.
– U-VIBE is based on Dunlop® UV-1 Uni-Vibe Chorus / Vibrato.
– PH-100 is based on MXR® Phase 100.
– Normal routing(mono out or stereo out) and advanced routing(PRE, // , POST).
– Parallel routing offers Blend parameter.(Alt mode, Tweak becomes Blend parameter.)
– Smart Tap Tempo. (50~200 BPM)
– Low power consumption. (less than 120mA)
– Analog dry signal for low noise and zero latency.
Adjusts the delay time. Set the knob parameter to your desired sub-division, then use the Smart Tap Tenpo to get sub-division delay time related to tap tempo.
Time range related to the models:
ΦPhi Digital Delay: 80ms~1000ms
Analog Delay: 40ms~ 403ms
Modulation Delay: 20ms ~ 1500ms
Tape Echo: 55ms ~ 552ms
Pan Delay: 80ms ~ 1000ms
Verb Delay: 80ms ~ 1000ms
Reverse Delay: 320ms ~ 1240ms
*Note: The maximum delay time is 1580ms by Smart Tap Tempo.
Adjusts the wet/dry mixing level of delay, from 0% up to 100% when you turn the knob clockwise.
Selects the type of delay.
Adjusts the repeat numbers of delay. In Mod D. or Verb, hold the footswitch to enter to Alt mode, (the LED indicator will flash ORANGE), Now the Repeat knob will adjust the Mod or Verb parameter. Short press the footswitch to quit Alt mode.
Note: The toggle switch only works in advanced routing setups. For normal routing, the toggle switch has no function. Keep reading below for examples of advanced routing setups.
Toggle the switch to desired position to choose the signal routing.
PRE means Modulation effect goes before the Send/Return loop.
// (Parallel) means Modulation effect and Send/Return loop are parallel.
POST means Modulation effect goes after the Send/Return loop.
Press once to engage/disengage the effect. Press twice, it will become Smart Tap Tempo. The delay time is related to tap tempo and current sub-division parameter. (The FS indicator will flash as current BPM.)
Note: The maximum delay time of tap tempo is 1580ms.
When the effect is engaged, the FS indicator will show “Red”. While the effect is disengaged, the FS indicator will turn off.
